Bill is currently a writer for the International Association of Fire Chiefs weekly on-line subscription service titled “OpsNetLink”. These articles are written for the fire service’s Operations Chiefs to help them manage current events and issues that challenge today’s fire officers. Bill has also written several articles for the video training program 24/7 Fire from the Health & Safety Institute in Eugene, OR.
